ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking fortwo Full-Stack Developers to join an international project focused on developing aquality assurance solution for automotive production. The solution supports production quality processes by automatically identifying vehicles that require specific follow-up inspections based on their individual configurations. Quality planners can define inspection rules using combinations of vehicle attributes and conditions. When predefined criteria are met, the system automatically generates an inspection order and transfers it to relevant downstream production systems.

The role combinesAWS serverless backend development, React frontend development, DevSecOps, automated testing, and AI-assisted software engineering.Hands-on Agentic Coding experience is mandatory for this position. We are looking for developers who regularly integrate AI development tools into their day-to-day engineering workflow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for a production quality assurance system.

• Develop scalableserverless backend services on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, and event-driven architectures.

• Implement and maintain business and matching logic used to determine inspection requirements.

• Develop modern and reliable user interfaces usingReact or comparable frontend technologies.

• Design and maintain APIs and event-based integrations with downstream systems.

• Automate cloud infrastructure usingAWS CDK or Terraform.

• Build and maintain secure and reliableCI/CD pipelines.

• Apply DevSecOps principles, including secure IAM configuration and theLeast Privilege approach.

• Implement observability through logging, tracing, monitoring, and alerting.

• Develop comprehensive automatedunit and integration tests, particularly for business-critical matching logic.

• Develop and maintain automated frontend tests and ensure stable API integration.

• Regularly useAgentic Coding and AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in architecture, security, development practices, and code quality.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, quality specialists, and other stakeholders in an international environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional experience as aFull-Stack Developer.

• Very good knowledge ofAWS serverless technologies, particularly AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

• Strong experience withevent-driven architectures, including technologies such as AWS EventBridge.

• Experience withInfrastructure as Code, preferablyAWS CDK; Terraform is also relevant.

• SolidDevSecOps knowledge, including CI/CD pipelines, IAM, security best practices, and Least Privilege principles.

• Experience implementinglogging, tracing, monitoring, and observability for cloud applications.

• Strong experience with automatedunit and integration testing.

• Professional frontend development experience withReact or a comparable modern web framework.

• Experience with automated frontend testing and API integration.

• Hands-on Agentic Coding experience is mandatory, with regular use of AI-powered development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow.

• Strong focus on clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code.

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
