About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to provide essential support to a dedicated team of partners and associates. You will be instrumental in preparing legal documentation, coordinating case schedules, and managing electronic filings. This role demands a proactive approach to organizing discovery proceedings, trials, and client meetings. It offers a hybrid work model with 3 days per week onsite at the downtown Vancouver office.
The Offer
- Salary between $70,000 and $80,000 per annum.

- 4+ years' experience in litigation with a solid grasp of the British Columbia Court rules
- Legal Assistant Certification or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with iManage and 3E is advantageous.

- Capability to manage workload efficiently under pressure.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
