YOUR ROLE:

The successful candidate willtake carriage of real estate, civil and commercial litigation matters, with particular exposure to files involving real estate and condominium law.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoysappearing before the courts, developing litigation strategies and independently managing files, while working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

The successful candidate will be involvedat every stage of a file, from the initial assessment through trial, and will advise clients on the most appropriate strategies to pursue.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Member in good standing of theQuebec Bar;
• Approximately3 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation;
• Experienceindependently managing files and appearing before the courts;
• Experience inreal estate or condominium law, a significant asset;
• Thoroughness, autonomy and professionalism;
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
