About the Role
Our client is seeking a midlevel Litigation Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join its global team. This role focuses on technology-related litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations, particularly matters involving content moderation, online platform regulation, and artificial intelligence.
The ideal candidate has experience with tech-focused investigations or litigation and familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks affecting technology companies. Exposure to emerging international technology regulations is also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities

Handle litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving technology companies and platforms

Advise on matters involving:

Content moderation
-
Online platform regulation
-
Artificial intelligence
-
Online safety
-

Support matters involving FTC enforcement and other technology-related regulatory investigations
-
Analyze evolving U.S. and international technology regulatory frameworks

Conduct sophisticated legal research and prepare high-quality written work product
-
Engage directly with clients on complex regulatory and litigation matters

Lead significant projects and coordinate workstreams as appropriate
-
Collaborate with attorneys across litigation, regulatory, privacy, and technology-related practices
Required Qualifications
-
JD from an accredited law school
-
3–6 years of experience in litigation and/or regulatory enforcement investigations
-
Experience focusing on technology-based investigations or litigation
-
Strong general technology fluency
-
Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills
-
Ability to communicate directly and effectively with clients

Ability to lead significant projects and manage complex assignments
-
High level of academic achievement
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with U.S. legal and regulatory frameworks involving:

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforcement

Emerging federal and state online safety regulations

Emerging federal and state AI regulations
Experience or familiarity with global technology regulatory frameworks is also preferred, including:
