Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal investigations involving corporate, regulatory, and potential criminal matters.
- Represent clients in white collar defense and government enforcement proceedings.
- Respond to government subpoenas, investigative demands, and regulatory inquiries.
- Advise clients regarding regulatory compliance and enforcement risks.
- Assist with complex commercial litigation matters as needed.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, investigative reports, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, interviews, and other legal proceedings.
- Work directly with senior attorneys, executives, board members, and corporate clients.
- Manage multiple matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and client-service standards.
Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on white collar defense, investigations, or government enforcement.
- Substantial experience conducting internal investigations.
- Experience responding to government subpoenas, inquiries, or investigative demands.
- Experience advising clients on regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.
- Experience defending clients in criminal or civil enforcement proceedings is highly valued.
- Government enforcement experience preferred, but not required.
- Active D.C. Bar admission required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong oral communication and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a sophisticated, fast-paced legal environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence and exceptional client service.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $230,000 β $400,000
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
