Key Responsibilities: ⢠Administer medications to clients through various methods, including oral, injection, and self-administration, based on service line requirements.Ā
⢠Perform nursing assessments, including physical and mental health assessments and psychiatric screeners,Ā in accordance withĀ service line specifications.Ā
ā¢Ā MaintainĀ accurateĀ documentation of medication administration and nursing assessments, ensuring compliance with service line standards.Ā
⢠Conduct medication administration record (MAR) reviews andĀ monitorĀ medication stock for housing clients.Ā
⢠Communicate effectively with clientsĀ regardingĀ medication inquiries and manage refill requests with providers.Ā
⢠Verify client data and medical history during sessions, obtaining necessary preliminary health information.Ā
⢠Collaborate inĀ timelyĀ documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and educational groups.Ā
⢠Function as a resource for nursing and medical inquiries, overseeing client health issues while working under nursing leadership.Ā
ā¢Ā ParticipateĀ in all required meetings and performĀ additionalĀ duties as required by nursing leadership.Ā

Education, Experience, and/or CredentialĀ Qualifications:Ā ā¢Ā Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.Ā
⢠Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.Ā

Additional Qualifications: ⢠Must successfully complete background checks including criminal, driving, and abuse/neglect credentials.Ā
⢠Current driverās license, acceptable driving record, and auto insuranceĀ required.Ā

Physical Requirements ⢠ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.Ā
⢠Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift.Ā
⢠Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may require walking or standing briefly.Ā
