What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and executeproperty valuation projects andportfolio analyses across multiple asset classes.

• Conductsite inspections and reviewterritorial planning documentation.

• Preparemarket, feasibility, and investment reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure full compliance withRICS,CMVM, and internal valuation standards.

• Presentvaluation results, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients and stakeholders.

• Manageproject timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Supportmarket research and contribute to the development of internaldata and intelligence systems.

• Collaborate with other business lines to strengthenintegrated advisory solutions.

👤Who You Are

• Degree or Master’s inArchitecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience inValuation and Advisory.

• Strong understanding of thePortuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.

• Fluent inPortuguese and English, both written and spoken.

• Advanced skills inExcel andMicrosoft Office; experience withAI or data analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience inForestry & Agribusiness orequipment valuation is highly valued.
