SN Responsibility / Expectations
1 Manage and support HPE SimpliVity HCI environment, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
3 Administer and maintain HPE Virtualization platforms, including VM provisioning and performance management.
4 Manage RHEL and Ubuntu servers, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
5 Perform Linux administration activities such as user management, file systems, LVM, permissions, and service management
6 Execute OS, firmware, BIOS, and driver upgrades across physical and virtual infrastructure..
7 Manage vulnerability remediation, security patching, and system hardening activities.
8 Administer and support Commvault Backup, including backup monitoring, restore operations, troubleshooting, and DR validation..
9 Support MSSQL, Mongo DB configuration, maintenance, backup validation, and basic troubleshooting.
10 Handle L2/L3 incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
11 Ensure platform availability, security, backup compliance, and operational documentation.
12 Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Ansible to improve operational efficiency
