Pay Range: $68 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, provision, configure, maintain, and upgrade physical and virtual Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.
Monitor health, capacity, availability, and performance; troubleshoot storage, filesystems, services, and networking issues.
Execute monthly patching and urgent out-of-cycle remediation using approved enterprise processes.
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automate processes using Bash or Python scripting.
Diagnose and resolve complex Linux incidents and participate in on-call support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical business systems and improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5+ years of hands-on enterprise Linux administration experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
Strong experience with provisioning, configuration, maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting of Linux systems.
Proficiency in Ansible, Bash, Python, or another relevant scripting language.
Solid understanding of Linux networking, DNS, storage, filesystems, and access controls.
Experience with incident, problem, change, and service-management processes.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux, Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform, VMware, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, SolarWinds, Prometheus, Grafana, Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
Security, cloud, or Kubernetes certifications.
