Light Industrial Recruiter

Role Overview

NR Consulting is looking for Light Industrial Recruiters with 1 to 2 years of experience in U.S. staffing. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on Aerospace client requirements and should be comfortable recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, technician, and skilled trade roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for light industrial and aerospace-related U.S. staffing roles.
• Work on roles such as Assembler, Production Worker, Machine Operator, CNC Operator, Quality Inspector, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Technician, Mechanical Assembler, Electrical Assembler, and other industrial positions.
• Understand job requirements, shift timings, pay rates, safety requirements, location needs, and client expectations.
• Recruit candidates for hourly, contract, contract-to-hire, and high-volume staffing needs.
• Use job boards, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Verify candidate availability, experience, pay expectations, work authorization, and location fit.
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, follow-ups, and joining updates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, submission trackers, and daily recruitment reports.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in U.S. staffing recruitment.
• Prior experience working with Aerospace clients is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, skilled trades, or technician roles.
• Good understanding of U.S. locations, shifts, pay rates, hourly hiring, and candidate availability.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working from the Noida office, 5 days a week.
• Experience with Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or similar job portals.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be fast, disciplined, and comfortable working on high-volume industrial hiring. The person should understand urgency, shift-based hiring, Aerospace client expectations, and quick submissions.
