Light Industrial Recruiter

Role Overview

NR Consulting is looking forLight Industrial Recruiters with 1 to 2 years of experience in U.S. staffing. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, production, logistics, skilled trades, or similar roles for U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for light industrial and related U.S. staffing requirements.
• Work on roles such as Warehouse Associate, Production Worker, Machine Operator, Assembler, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, Picker/Packer, Welder, Technician, and other industrial positions.
• Understand job requirements, shift timings, pay rates, location needs, and client expectations.
• Use job boards, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Speak with candidates, verify availability, experience, pay expectations, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, documentation, and joining updates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, submission trackers, and daily recruitment activity reports.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in U.S. staffing recruitment.
• Any light industrial recruitment experience will be preferred.
• Good understanding of U.S. locations, shifts, pay rates, and hourly hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working from the Noida office, 5 days a week.
• Experience with job portals such as Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be fast, disciplined, and comfortable working on high-volume industrial hiring. The person should understand urgency, candidate availability, shift requirements, and quick submissions.
