Supplier Qualification Senior Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Job Overview:

Provide foundational operational support to the supplier qualification lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Support defined steps of the supplier qualification and re‑qualification processes.
• Accurately collects, organizes, and maintains supplier qualification documentation.
• Enter and maintain supplier data in qualification tracking systems.
• Support preparation of qualification packages for internal review.
• Assist with audit readiness by ensuring records are complete, current, and traceable.
• Escalate missing or inconsistent information according to SOPs.
• Follow procedures and processes supporting the end-to-end supplier qualification life cycle.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, quality, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience (Minimum Required):  

• 1-2 years of experience in a CRO, pharma, clinical operations, QA, or regulated industry
• Exposure to document control, compliance, or operations support
• Understands basic GCP principles
• Professional, task‑focused communication with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Remote-Based, as requested by the line manager
• Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
