What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Licensed Title Agent / Real Estate Closer, you'll play a key role in facilitating real estate closings and ensuring smooth transactions for our clients. You’ll:

• Lead and manage the closing process by communicating with clients, agents, lenders, and all parties involved.
• Review and prepare settlement statements and closing disclosures with precision.
• Research and obtain title searches and commitments.
• Ensure contracts and documents meet all legal requirements and standards.
• Handle notarization, recording, and preparation of essential documents.
• Build strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and network contacts to drive business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a driven and versatile individual who’s not only skilled in title closings but also comfortable with marketing and business development. This position requires someone who thrives in a dual-role environment, combining technical expertise with the ability to actively promote and expand our title services. Key qualities we’re looking for include:

• Licensed Title Agent andNotary Public License (required).
• At least2 years of experience in title closing, with a strong understanding ofTRID compliance.
• Marketing & Business Development: Ability to market and promote Opus Title to potential clients, build relationships, and grow our business within the community. Comfort with networking and attending events to foster new business is key.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and self-starter attitude, with thedrive to build your own book of business while delivering exceptional client service.
•  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
• A resident of theSarasota, FL area, with the ability to commute to the office as needed.

This is adual-role position—while you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth closings from contract to completion, you’ll also play a key role in driving the agency’s growth through your marketing efforts.
