Client:
Our client is a New York City–based architecture firm specializing in high-end luxury residential projects.

Description:
Our client is seeking aRegistered NY Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience to work on substantial luxury single-family residential projects. The Architect will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, signing, and sealing drawings and plans, as well as managing projects through the NYC DOB filing process.

The role will involve coordinating plans and revisions throughout the design and construction process, working closely with engineers and other project consultants to ensure projects move forward smoothly.

Required:

• New York State Registered Architect
• 5–10 years of professional experience
• High-end residential experience
• Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp or Rhino
• Experience with NYC DOB filings
• Strong knowledge of construction documents and project coordination

Education:
Bachelor of Architecture

Salary:
$100,000–$125,000
