Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

About the Role

This full-time position is for an LMFT licensed in Mississippi who will provide therapy by video to individuals, couples, and families. The clients you work with may be facing changes in their relationships, family responsibilities, parenting pressures, grief, or other situations that are creating stress at home. You’ll spend most of your time in session, with the rest of the role focused on keeping your cases organized and making sure important concerns are addressed when they come up.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Facilitate virtual sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Help clients talk through difficult relationship or family situations
• Explore concerns involving parenting, separation, loss, and changes within the household
• Keep case notes and required records accurate and up to date
• Recognize when a concern needs added clinical attention
• Discuss complex situations with the appropriate clinical contact when needed
• Coordinate outside services when another type of support would be helpful
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Follow Mississippi LMFT, HIPAA, and telehealth requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field
• ActiveLMFT license in Mississippi in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to couples, families, individuals, or relational systems
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and professional boundaries
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection for remote sessions

• $115,000–$120,000 per year
