At Romeo Auto Group, we already have the customers. We’re looking for the right insurance professional to build relationships with them. If you’re licensed, motivated, confident in your ability to sell, and willing to actively prospect for new business, this could be a great opportunity to grow alongside an established automotive group.

Compensation: $100,000–$200,000 per year

This is a sales-driven opportunity with strong earning potential for an individual who is motivated to prospect, build relationships, and grow their book of business.

What You’ll Do

• Sell auto, home, and property insurance
• Prospect and generate new business
• Build relationships with our automotive customers
• Follow up on leads and grow your book of business

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Current insurance license
• Motivated, sales-driven self-starter
• Strong prospecting and communication skills
• Ability to independently develop new business

Qualifications

• Valid insurance license required
• Experience selling auto, home, and property insurance preferred
• Strong sales, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to generate new business
• Complete all pre-employment eligibility and verification requirements 
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
