TheOpportunity

WeareseekinganexperiencedProjectManager-BuildingAutomationSystems(BMS)tojoinourSydneyProjectsteam.

KeyResponsibilities

AsProjectManager,youwill:

• Leadtheplanning,coordination,execution,andsuccessfuldeliveryofBuildingAutomationandControlsprojects.

• Manageprojectscope,schedule,resources,risks,andbudgetstoachieveprojectobjectives.

• Provideleadershipanddirectiontointernalteams,subcontractors,andprojectstakeholders.

• Monitorandreportonprojectfinancialperformance,forecasting,andprofitability.

• Ensurecompliancewithsafety,quality,andenvironmentalstandardsacrossallprojectactivities.

• Buildstrongcustomerrelationshipsandactasatrustedadvisorthroughoutprojectdelivery.

• CoordinateFactoryAcceptanceTesting(FAT),SiteAcceptanceTesting(SAT),commissioning,andhandoveractivities.

• Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiatives,identifyingopportunitiestoenhanceprojectdelivery,operationalefficiency,andcustomersatisfaction.

• Maintainhighlevelsofprofessionalism,accountability,andaccuracywhilemanagingmultipleprojectpriorities.

We'relookingforahighlymotivatedprojectprofessionalwithstrongtechnicalandcommercialcapabilitywithinthebuildingautomationorHVACindustry.

Essential

• TradequalificationinElectricalorHVAC,oranEngineeringdegree.

• ProvenexperiencedeliveringBuildingManagementSystems(BMS),BuildingAutomationSystems(BAS),HVACcontrols,orrelatedinfrastructureprojects.

• StrongunderstandingofBMSarchitecture,controlsystems,andoverallsystemdesignprinciples.

• Experiencemanagingprojectsthroughdesign,implementation,testing,commissioning,andclienthandover.

• Demonstratedabilitytomanageprojectfinancials,programming,andstakeholderengagement.

• Strongcommunication,leadership,andcustomerrelationshipmanagementskills.

• Abilitytoadaptandthriveinanevolving,digitallyenabledenvironment.

Desirable

• ExperiencecoordinatingFATandSATactivities.

• KnowledgeofBIMandAutoCAD.

• ProficiencyinMicrosoftProject,Excel,Word,andVisio.

• Experiencestandardisingsoftwaredeliverables,pointslists,projectdocumentation,andcommissioningprocesses.
