To fuel our global growth, weāre looking for an energetic and talentedStudent & Admissions advisor to join our revenue team inBerlin. Working closely with the Sales, Admissions, and Marketing teams, your role will involveproactively engaging with motivated prospective students and to guide them through their training and application journey, and representing Le Wagon at events.

šÆ Your Missions
Inbound Sales
- Respond to inbound inquiries (emails, phone calls) andĀ conduct sales meetingsĀ to address questions and guide leads toward application.
- Develop and execute nurturing campaigns, collaborating closely with theĀ Marketing & CRM teamĀ to engage leads through targeted content and follow-ups.
- Help motivated candidatesĀ apply quickly and smoothly to our bootcamps by guiding them through aĀ streamlined application process.
- Participate inĀ online and on-campus eventsĀ (info sessions, webinars, open days) covering topics such asĀ financing options, bootcamp content, and career outcomes, to engage prospective students and drive conversions.
Admissions
- Manage and process applicationsĀ for candidates wishing to join our Berlin campus bootcamps and online programs, ensuring a smooth and timely experience from first contact to enrollment.
- Advise candidates on public funding options, with a particular focus on theĀ Bildungsgutschein, guiding them through eligibility criteria and the application process.
- Conduct admissions interviewsĀ to assess candidates' motivation, profile fit, and readiness, and provide personalized guidance to help them choose the right program.
- Coordinate with internal teamsĀ (operations, teaching, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding of admitted students and resolve any pre-enrollment queries.
