Key Responsibilities: Direct Outreach & Pipeline Generation
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline
- Work toward defined activity, prospecting, and pipeline-generation goals, using performance data and strategy to improve results
- Generate interest and build relationships with senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders
Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Partnership Support
- Partner with Account Advisors to prioritize accounts, identify the right senior stakeholders, and develop tailored prospecting strategies
- Analyze trends and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Revenue Operations
- Maintain accurate records, activity tracking, and pipeline support within Salesforce
Key Responsibilities: ETA Program Participation
- Collaborate with your mentor to build and execute an individualized growth plan
- Collaborate with your cohort peers on team initiatives that improve outreach, messaging, and pipeline strategy
- Identify firmwide opportunities and present strategic recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between May and December 2026
- Internship, part-time, or other experience in business development, sales development, recruiting, fundraising, hospitality, customer success, or similar client-facing environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills and comfort operating in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated curiosity, coachability, and learning agility
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plusÂ
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:$60,000-$65,000 base salary, depending on qualifications, plus variable commission based on performance
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days per week in our Washington, DC office
