We are looking for an ambitious, experienced manufacturing process technician to join our team. In this role, you will join a team of highly skilled process technicians and engineers. We are looking for quick learners with a proven ability to work with less support. This role involves working directly with proprietary plasma reactor technology to produce high-quality diamonds and assist the engineering team with technical and non-technical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Process Sheets and document changes as needed.
- Monitor processes on a daily basis. Adjust where appropriate and notify Process Engineers on critical issues.
- Work with team members and independentlywith a high degree of finitiative to supporrt and maintian good manufacturing processes and continuout improvements.
- Assist with process validations, DOE execution, optimizations, and process-sustaining audits.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)'s and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in a technical field, military-technical training with 4+ years of experience, or 5+ years of work experience in a related technical field. Fresh out-of-college graduates with STEM degrees are encouraged to apply. (Preferred: Bachelor's Degree)
- Ability to perform critical tasks with a high level of accuracy per procedures. (Preferred: Being knowledgeable about SPC and yield quality metrics.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and documentation experience are highly desired.
- Effective at communicating data through text, graphics, and images to audiences of all experience levels.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:-Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.-This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions. -Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs-Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls-Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds-Able to climb 20 ft (ladder) and properly use fall protection equipment.
