Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks: 1. To coordinate and lead of Key Account business development2. To achieve sales target, expand sales territory and account penetration3. To establish and nominate sales teams to approach a Key Account4. To lead commercial negotiations for the company towards the customer5. To lead business implementation process with operations, EDI and IT Tools,  Standard Operations Procedures (SOP), Customer reporting + statistics6. To maintain a professional business development platform with target focused pipeline reflectedin customer profiles and a target list7. To report activities in the relevant applications8. Towork closely with overseas counterparts and internal to provide excellent account management to meet customer’s needs.9. Totake up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.         

Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:

  • University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent
  • More than 8 years’ experience in key account management and freight forwarding, logistics, customer service experience

Special Knowledge:

  • Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls., ppt.)
  • Cargo Wise user know-how
  • Salesforce know-how and ability to demonstrate
  • English language
  • Mandarin language

Personal Qualification:

  • Convincing presentation skills in native tongue and English language
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good manners and appearance
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Willing to work under pressure and taking challenge
