About the roleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month Contract), you will play a key role in executing end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across tech, product, marketing, and business operations. You will partner directly with HRBP and hiring managers to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving ecosystem.

    Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized contract and permanent positions across regional and global teams.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Web3 networks, tech communities, and direct headhunting to build strong candidate pipelines for niche skill sets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leads, providing market insights, talent mapping, and interview guidance.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, engaging experience for all candidates from initial outreach through offer negotiation.
  • Process Excellence: Maintain recruitment data accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as needed.
    • Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience, ideally within tech, gaming, Web3, fintech, or high-growth environments.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in an agile, fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional language skills (e.g., Cantonese or Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Web3 Interest: Genuine curiosity or passion for Web3, NFTs, gaming, and decentralized technology.
