The Opportunity
Join Accenture’s Operating Model and Organisation Design team and help leading organisations rethink how work gets done.
You’ll partner with senior executives to design future-ready operating models, organisation structures and workforce strategies that improve performance and enable transformation.
We’re looking for experience across areas such as:
- Operating model design
- Organisation design
- Shared services
- Global Business Services and Global Capability Centres
- Workforce strategy and organisational analytics
- Outsourcing and location strategy
What You’ll Do
- Lead operating model and organisation design projects from diagnosis through to implementation planning.
- Translate business strategy into practical changes across structure, governance, people, process, technology and data.
- Design organisation structures, role accountabilities, decision rights and workforce models.
- Analyse spans, layers and workforce data to identify opportunities and shape future-state scenarios.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Manage project delivery, client relationships and junior team members.
- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and practice growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong consulting or in-house experience delivering operating model or organisation design projects.
- The ability to independently lead workstreams and manage senior stakeholders.
- Experience turning complex business challenges into clear, practical recommendations.
- Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience with workforce analytics or modelling tools such as OrgVue, Anaplan or Excel.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in shared services, Global Business Services, Global Capability Centres, outsourcing, right-shoring or multinational environments will be highly regarded.
