We are also the official provider of Valve’s Steam Deck and related hardware (Steam Machine, Steam Controller, Steam Frame) for Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea. 

As we expand our business, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to discover the diverse talent that will drive our growth and lead successful hiring across our offices in Japan, Hawaii and Korea. 本ポジションは、HR機能における採用担当の中核メンバーとして、日本・ハワイ・韓国拠点の全オープンポジションの採用を一貫して担当していただきます。ソーシングや人材発掘をはじめ、各部署と連携したジョブディスクリプションの作成、選考プロセスの設計・改善・運用、そして内定に至るまでを主導する役割です。採用チームの中核として、より良い候補者体験を提供しながら、戦略的な採用活動を推進いただくことを期待しています。

なお、労務、給与、オフィス管理などの人事・総務業務は別チームが担当しており、本ポジションは採用(タレントアクイジション)および採用に結びつくブランディング施策に専念いただきます。

As a core member of the recruiting team within our HR function, you will own end-to-end recruitment for all open positions across our Japan, Hawaii and Korea offices. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and talent discovery, working with each department to create job descriptions, designing, improving and running the selection process, and leading candidates through to offer acceptance. As a central member of the recruiting team, you will be expected to drive strategic hiring while delivering a better candidate experience.

Note: HR administration such as labour management, payroll and office management is handled by a separate team. This position is dedicated exclusively to talent acquisition and to branding initiatives that support recruitment.

担当業務 / Responsibilities

• 採用計画に基づく採用戦略の立案と、採用機能・プロセスの設計、構築・改善
• 日本・ハワイ・韓国の各拠点のオープンポジションについて、各部署と連携したジョブディスクリプションの作成やレビュー
• ダイレクトソーシングによる候補者の発掘
• LinkedInをはじめとする採用関連の投稿に関するアドバイス・提案
• スカウト、人材紹介会社・採用媒体の活用による候補者の発掘とベンダーのマネジメント
• 書類選考、面接調整、候補者とのコミュニケーション、選考プロセスの管理
• 候補者体験(キャンディデートエクスペリエンス)の向上と、魅力的な採用ブランディングの設計
• オファー面談・条件提示のサポート、内定までのフォロー
• ATS(Workable)を用いた候補者データの管理と、採用KPIのトラッキング・レポーティング

• Develop and execute recruiting strategy based onthe hiring plan, and build and improve the recruiting function and its processes
• Create job descriptions together with hiring managers and  departments for open positions across the Japan, Hawaii, and Korea offices
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, scouting, agencies, and job platforms and build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Advise on and propose recruiting-related posts, including on LinkedIn
• Manage screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and the selection process
• Improve the candidate experience and strengthen our employer branding
• Support offer discussions and communication through to acceptance, and ensure a smooth handoff for onboarding
• Manage candidate data in our ATS (Workable) and track/report on recruiting KPIs, using data to identify trends and opportunities.

応募資格 / Requirements

• 実務採用経験（インハウスまたはエージェンシー、5年以上）
• ダイレクトソーシングによる候補者の採用実績があること
• 採用プロセス全体において採用チームを主導し、効果的な情報共有・適切な判断・アドバイスを提供しながら、内定までを推進できる能力
• 採用データ（KPI等）の分析・レポーティング能力、およびデータに基づいた採用戦略の改善・最適化スキル
• 高いコミュニケーション能力
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（日本・ハワイ・韓国の各拠点との業務、海外候補者とのコミュニケーション、英文履歴書の確認が発生するため）

• Hands-on recruiting experience (in-house or agency, 5+ years)
• Proven track record of hiring candidates via direct sourcing
• Ability to lead the recruitment team throughout the entire process, providing effective information sharing, sound judgment, and advisory support to drive candidates through to offer
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to track and optimize recruitment KPIs and translate data insights into actionable hiring strategy improvements
• Experience operating an ATS (e.g., Workable)
• Strong communication skills
• English: fluent (working with the Japan, Hawaii, and Korea offices and overseas candidates)

• Business-level English or above.  you will work with our Japan, Hawaii, and Korea offices, communicate with international candidates, and review English-language CVs.
• Business-level Japanese
• Recruiting experience in the games, entertainment, or IT industry
• Experience hiring specialized roles such as engineers or creatives
• Experience with recruitment marketing/employer branding and social recruiting (e.g., LinkedIn)
