Overview
We are seeking a Legal Technology Analyst to support the ongoing enhancement and optimization of an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role partners closely with Legal Operations, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to improve contracting processes, increase platform adoption, enhance reporting capabilities, and support legal technology modernization initiatives.The ideal candidate combines legal operations knowledge with hands-on experience supporting CLM platforms, contract management processes, and legal technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and driving technology-enabled transformation.
Responsibilities
- Support the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and execution of CLM enhancement requests
- Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve contracting processes through automation and workflow optimization
- Maintain and manage the CLM Continuous Improvement Roadmap, including:
- Status tracking
- Business value assessments
- Implementation planning
- Configure, test, and support end-to-end contract workflows within the CLM platform
- Analyze contract templates, clause libraries, metadata structures, and repository requirements
- Document current-state and future-state business processes
- Develop user stories, functional requirements, and design recommendations
- Support contract creation, negotiation, approval, signature, and contract repository workflows
- Participate in legal technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation
- Conduct user training sessions, office hours, and adoption activities
- Collaborate with Legal, IT, Legal Operations, and business stakeholders to drive platform enhancements
- Assist with contract migration and metadata extraction projects when required
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Legal Operations
- Contract Management
- CLM Administration
- Legal Technology
- Legal Administration
- Related disciplines
- Practical experience supporting legal software or SaaS platform implementations
- Experience implementing, administering, or supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as:
- Ironclad
- Agiloft
- Icertis
- Sirion
- Conga
- DocuSign CLM
- Workday CLM (Evisort)
- Similar CLM solutions
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, including:
- Intake
- Drafting
- Negotiation
- Execution
- Repository management
- Reporting
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Experience with workflow design and process automation
- Strong customer-service mindset and user adoption focus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-enabled contract review, contract intelligence, or legal AI platforms
- Experience with project management tools such as:
- Jira
- Smartsheet

- Experience supporting contract migration projects
- Experience with metadata extraction initiatives
- Experience working within global organizations and cross-functional stakeholder environments
- Participation in at least one CLM implementation or major legal technology deployment
