Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support legal billing operations, invoice management, and legal spend administration.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BrightFlag, a legal billing management platform, and be comfortable reviewing legal invoices, maintaining budgets, managing legal matters, and coordinating with external legal vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and process legal invoices through the BrightFlag platform.
- Review invoices and evaluate AI-generated flags to identify potential billing discrepancies or issues.
- Determine whether invoices should be routed for approval or require additional review.
- Review legal billing details, timekeeper rates, and applicable volume-based discounts.
- Calculate discounts based on volume arrangements and ensure accurate invoice processing.
- Update and maintain legal budgets within BrightFlag.
- Hands-on experience using BrightFlag is mandatory.
- Experience in legal billing, legal invoice management, legal spend administration, or a related accounting function.
- Experience reviewing invoices, validating billing information, and identifying discrepancies.
