Description:
This position involves reviewing and processing various legal attachments in a hybrid work setting across multiple locations.
As a contractor, you will handle responsibilities related to legal compliance and account management, utilizing generic technology tools for data entry and document validation.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process legal orders such as garnishments and tax liens in compliance with regulations.
Manage account restrictions and holds as per legal requirements.
Conduct thorough account research for compliance and fund availability.
Enter and validate high-volume data related to legal orders and case information.
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure accurate processing.
Qualifications
Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements related to legal processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in a related field such as law office or financial institution preferred.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
