Job Description:
Legal Associate (Capital Markets Documentation)
We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Associate to support the review, negotiation, and management of trading and
confidentiality agreements for our institutional markets businesses. Responsibilities include assisting with repurchase
agreements (MRAs/GMRAs), Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreements (MSFTAs), NDAs, account onboarding
documentation, and related legal requests. The role will work closely with legal, business, operations, compliance, and
risk teams to support client onboarding, regulatory initiatives, and documentation projects. Candidates should possess
strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in financial services, capital markets, contracts, or legal
documentation is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior legal professional seeking
exposure to fixed income, securities financing, and institutional trading products.
Qualifications
ï‚· J.D. or Bachelor's degree with relevant legal or financial services experience
ï‚· 1-2 years of legal, contracts, compliance, or financial services experience
ï‚· Strong drafting, problem-solving, and project management skills
ï‚· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
ï‚· Interest in capital markets and financial products
