Pay: $70,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Residential Leasing Manager to oversee leasing activities for residential properties in Fort Lee, NJ and Midtown Manhattan. This role will focus on driving occupancy, managing the leasing process, and delivering a strong experience for prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full residential leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing

• Conduct property tours and follow up with prospective residents

• Drive leasing activity and help maintain strong occupancy levels

• Manage applications, lease documentation, renewals, and move-ins

• Track leads, traffic, conversions, and leasing performance

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents

• Coordinate with property management, marketing, and building teams

• Monitor market conditions, pricing, availability, and competing properties

• Assist with leasing strategies, promotions, and resident retention efforts

• Ensure leasing activities comply with Fair Housing requirements and company policies

• Train and support leasing team members as needed

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential leasing or property management experience preferred

• Previous experience leading or managing a leasing team is strongly preferred

• Experience with luxury residential or multifamily properties is a plus

• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of residential leasing practices and Fair Housing requirements

• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar property management software is a plus
