Lease Manager

Location: San Jose, CA 95129 Hybrid Work Schedule

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and optimize our lease portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, compliance, and effective lease management, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our real estate operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Lease Management with database/records management
• Ability to review, interpret and abstract legal real estate documents
• Proven financial, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• BA or BS in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or equivalent/Paralegal Certificate
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with asset management and funding requests
• Strong relationship management skills with partners and tenants
• Experience in supporting Real Estate Transactions Managers and leadership

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide accurate and timely critical date reporting for lease portfolios
• Ensure 100% data accuracy by interpreting, abstracting, and entering lease documents into the system of record
• Manage lease-related agreements and address payment issues related to landlords and tenants
• Complete and oversee new lease setups, resolving payment disputes, and ensuring database updates
