• Contract Duration: 4 months
• Pay Rate: $23.00–$25.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Job Summary

As a Lease Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all of the client's lease administration
• Handle amendments, finances, invoices, rent payment, and process in workflow system Salesforce
• Receive invoices, notices, and questions about square footage, addresses, and dates
• Understand everything from inception of lease

Required Skills

• Must have prior experience in a lease administration role to understand the depth of requirements and job duties
• Basic accounts payable knowledge
• Salesforce experience — everything is done through Salesforce; familiarity and understanding of what it does is required (please highlight on resume)
• Must be able to work remotely
• Proficiency with PDF and MS Office Suite
• Lease administration database experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CoStar, MRI, Cernix, or any lease administration database
• Critical thinker

Required Experience

• No less than 3 years of experience in a lease administration role
