Sales & Alliance Manager, Digital Reporting & Compliance (Workiva)

Location:

• Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of our Toronto Clearsulting office, we expect 4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. 

• Travel Expectations: 20-40%

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day relationship between Clearsulting and Workiva, serving as the primary point of contact for alliance activities.  

• Build strong relationships with Workiva sales leaders, account executives, partner managers, solution engineers, and executive sponsors. 

• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, and market growth. 

• Build and advance new business opportunities through co-sell motions, strategic account planning, and executive relationship management. 

• Support pursuit strategy, proposal development, solution positioning, and executive client discussions. 

• Track alliance performance metrics including pipeline, bookings, sourced revenue, influenced revenue, and win rates. 

• Partner with practice leaders to develop and refine Workiva-enabled solutions 

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in alliance management, strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise software sales, channel sales, consulting, or related commercial roles. 

• Demonstrated success developing and executing revenue growth strategies that generate measurable pipeline and sales results. 

• Experience working within enterprise technology ecosystems, SaaS partnerships, or consulting-led alliance environments. 

• Proven ability to identify, develop, and influence complex sales opportunities through collaborative selling models. 

• Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across sales, consulting, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams. 

• Experience managing forecasts, pipeline reporting, business planning, and performance metrics. 

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align partnership investments to tangible business outcomes. 

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with Workiva or similar enterprise platforms such as BlackLine, or other finance, reporting, and compliance technologies. 

• Knowledge of financial reporting, ESG reporting, SOX compliance, internal audit, controllership, or governance and risk management processes. 

• Experience in management consulting, professional services, technology partnerships, or SaaS organizations. 

• Familiarity with Salesforce, partner portals, and alliance management frameworks. 

• Experience leading co-sell motions, alliance-driven growth programs, and partner revenue initiatives.

The compensation range for this position is $94,000-$118,000 CAD.We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards.This role is eligible for our bonus program.
