Learning Execution Partner
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 53518 — 100% Onsite.
Pay: $35.00–$38.34/hour, paid weekly.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Contract Duration: 1 year.
Overview
The Learning Execution Partner provides administrative support for day-to-day learning operations within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role supports training administration, curriculum management, learning assignments, system troubleshooting, reporting, document change requests, and compliance-related remediation activities.
This position will work closely with Learning & Development Associates and Senior L&D Associates to support multiple manufacturing-aligned departments.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in learning administration supporting multiple departments or business functions.

GMP experience is required.

Experience with document control and change request processes.

Proficiency with Learning Management Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, MasterControl, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.

Experience creating and maintaining training curricula and assignments.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Familiarity with Document Management Systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities
Learning Management Administration

Assign and manage employee training within the Learning Management System.

Create, update, and maintain job codes and training curricula.

Generate and maintain learning and compliance reports.
-
Troubleshoot user accounts and learning system issues.
-
Perform data entry and quality checks to maintain accurate training records.

Support training remediation activities related to audits, deviations, organizational changes, and compliance requirements.

Maintain organized documentation of learning administration activities.
Document Change Request Administration

Coordinate document change requests and associated learning activities.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to complete learning impact assessments.

Track change requests and follow up with process owners.

Perform data entry and quality reviews related to document changes.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of administrative actions.
