- MUST HAVE Instructional design skills, learning content development, learning program evaluation methods, strong skills in PPT and copilot
- MUSTHAVE bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience minimum
- Instructional design support for learning content development, support documenting target learning outcomes and tracking leading program effectiveness, management of learning content repository, development of cross modality learning pathways, management of learning content and materials, development of a comprehensive playbook
- Mindet: Rigorous, Detail oriented
- Training: Familiarity with organizational design and organizational development if possible
- Attributes: AI Fluency but also instructional design training, Good at building visually appealing content, Skilled in learning program design and learning program evaluation
