POSITION SUMMARY:
Learning Coordinators (Contract) work closely with Learning Program Managers to support and deliver our learning programs. We are looking for someone who works independently and collaboratively, enjoys cross-functional partnerships, and brings solid experience in learning program management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role offers variety. Responsibilities include:
- Planning the learning calendar based on organizational needs
- Coordinating 1:1 coaching programs end to end
- Producing and managing online, live, and hybrid learning events
- Handling program communications and LMS administration
- Developing and curating learning resources and marketing materials
- Preparing speakers and instructors for successful delivery
- Tracking learning data and managing learner communities on Slack and Teams
- Gathering feedback, managing deliverables, and mitigating risks to drive program adoption
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Someone who enjoys creative problem-solving and can take our learning roadmap from concept to execution, managing rollout, adoption, and ongoing maintenance along the way.
- Ways to stand out:
- Background in adult learning: degrees in Education, Psychology, or Communications, or equivalent experience in learning roles
- Hands-on experience coordinating global learning programs at scale with an aptitude for experimentation and iteration
- Proficiency with business and AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, MS Office, Smartsheet, Lovable, and Canva
- Degrees in Education, Psychology, or Communications, or equivalent experience in learning roles
