· 5–10 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Technical Training environments.
· Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
· Proven experience developing high-quality learning content including modules, assessments, videos, and instructional documentation.
· Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone.
· Experience creating video-based learning content using Synthesia or similar video authoring tools.
· Strong working knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent e-learning platforms.
· Exposure to technical learning environments (cloud, AI, software engineering, or technical training) is highly preferred.
· Experience working with global or cross-regional teams is an added advantage.Keyword:
