EXP: 10 YRS
PRIMARY SKILLS:AI for SDLC / Core FDE, Trainer manager who can create and lead a curriculum.
Lead the strategy, design and governance of an enterprise AI learning curriculum for technical and business audiences, translating TD initiatives into role-based learning paths, instructor-led sessions, office hours and adoption assets. Requires 10+ years in learning strategy or curriculum leadership and at least 1 year supporting AI enablement, with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot for developers, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, responsible-AI and privacy/risk controls, learning measurement, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint/Teams and change-management practices; must be able to direct designers and facilitators, set proficiency standards and use adoption and delivery telemetry to continuously improve the curriculum.
