Job Overview

We are seeking an experiencedLeanData Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in the LeanData platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing LeanData solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to improve lead routing, account matching, territory management, and sales operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to LeanData and Salesforce.
• Configure and optimize LeanData routing, matching, and automation rules.
• Design and implement lead-to-account matching, lead routing, and territory management solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and CRM teams to improve business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LeanData configuration and integration issues.
• Perform testing, validation, and deployment of LeanData enhancements.
• Create functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Support production issues and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience withLeanData.
• Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with lead routing, account matching, territory management, and sales operations processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• LeanData Fundamentals Certification
• LeanData Advanced Certification

Note: Candidates withLeanData Fundamentals and/orLeanData Advanced Certification will be highly preferred.
