Opportunity Overview
The Leadership Development team is responsible for designing and delivering development experiences that strengthen the firm's leadership capabilities and accelerate the growth of current and pipeline leaders.We are seeking a leadership development professional with a proven track record of working with senior executives and high-potential talent to leverage talent insights, succession priorities, and business strategy to create development experiences that strengthen leadership capability and drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will independently lead complex initiatives, navigate ambiguity with confidence, adapt to changing business priorities, and build trusted partnerships across Human Capital, senior leaders, and external partners. They excel in evolving environments, adjusting approaches as new information emerges and helping others move forward with clarity.
Success in this role requires the ability to translate talent insights into targeted development experiences that accelerate leadership readiness, strengthen the firm's pipeline of senior leaders, and build the leadership capabilities needed to achieve the firm's ambition.
What You'll Do
Design and Deliver Leadership Development Journeys
Create and lead leadership development experiences that accelerate the growth and readiness of current and future General Partners and senior leaders. You will design integrated development journeys that combine learning, assessment, coaching, networking, and experiential opportunities to build critical leadership capabilities that drive business impact. You will oversee implementation, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously enhance participant experiences based on insights and outcomes.
Build Trusted Partnerships Across Human Capital and the Business
Serve as a strategic partner to Human Capital colleagues, Talent Management, and senior leaders. Using strong consulting, influence, and relationship-building skills, you will translate business priorities and talent needs into targeted development strategies and experiences. You will ensure leadership development efforts are integrated with succession planning, talent reviews, and broader talent and firm priorities. You will anticipate and respond to evolving business needs, adapting development strategies and approaches as priorities shift while maintaining focus on leadership and business outcomes.
Facilitate High-Impact Learning Experiences
Lead leadership cohorts, workshops, and development experiences for senior leaders. Create engaging, relevant learning environments that encourage reflection, connection, and growth. Additionally, you will mentor and coach colleagues through project work, sharing expertise and fostering excellence across the broader team.

Position Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in corporate learning, talent management, performance consultation, or similar role
- 5+ years of proven experience as a performance consultant, successfully leading others to diagnose and solve complex human performance challenges using a sophisticated set of consultative tools and methodologies
- Experience working in financial services or another complex, highly regulated industry
- 2+ years of proven experience navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, competing priorities, and evolving requirements to deliver effective solutions while maintaining momentum and stakeholder alignment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field;
- Proven ability to quickly build strong connections at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success across multiple talent, leadership development, or human resources functions.
- Experienced facilitator engaging with senior level of leadership
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence senior audiences through presentations, facilitation, and consultation.
- Working knowledge of leadership assessments and their application in development and coaching
- ICF coaching certification or equivalent executive coaching training and experience
Candidates that live within a commutable distanceĀ from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locationsĀ are expected to work in the office four days per week.

Salary Information
