Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilledLead Web React Engineer to develop and optimize high-performance frontend applications. This role involves working onReact-based web architectures, ensuringSEO-friendly implementations, and integrating with backend services viaApollo GraphQL. The ideal candidate has a strong background inscalable, high-traffic applications and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Architect and developscalable React applications that interact withNode.js APIs, Lambda functions, and GraphQL gateways.
  

• Ensureoptimal page load performance, SEO best practices, and testing strategies.
  

• Lead the development ofserver-side rendered single-page applications (SSRs/SPAs).
  

• Work withApollo GraphQL for efficient backend integration.
  

• Define best practices forReact, REST, and GraphQL service consumption.
  

• Optimize developer workflows, includingautomated deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Participate in anAgile/Kanban development process to drive iterative improvements.
  

• Guide and mentor team members in adoptingmodern frontend technologies and architectures.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience inReact frontend development.
  

• 5+ years working withGraphQL (Apollo Client).
  

• 5+ years of experience withAWS cloud services.
  

• Expertise inisomorphic JavaScript, CSS/SASS, and HTML.
  

• Proven ability to develophigh-traffic, high-performance web applications.
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Good to Have:

• Experience withmodern CI/CD tools (e.g., CircleCI).
  

• Familiarity withAWS services like EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  

• Knowledge ofTypeScript.

• Experience inA/B testing and data-driven development.
