Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead UX Designer to join our AI Platforms team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product design, user experience, and designing intuitive interfaces for AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for AI-powered products and platforms.

• Develop conversational user experiences and interfaces for AI agents.

• Create user-centered designs that simplify interactions with intelligent systems.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions.

• Apply HTML knowledge to support UI design and implementation.

• Work with DevOps and engineering teams to support smooth design integration and delivery.

• Ensure consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experiences across applications.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, product design, or interaction design.

• Strong knowledge of HTML and UI/UX design principles.

• Experience with conversational UX, AI interfaces, or agentic design.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and collaboration with engineering teams.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
