About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst to support enterprise Digital, AI, Data, and Reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, process optimization, solution design, and successful project delivery.
• The candidate should possess strong business analysis expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience working across digital transformation programs.

Essential Job Functions:
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technology teams to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Lead requirements elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with stakeholders across business units, technology teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships to support successful project execution.

Program Governance & Delivery

• Support Digital, AI, Data Analytics, and Reporting initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to achieve business objectives.

Documentation & Communication

• Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Maintain project documentation within Confluence.
• Produce executive-level presentations and status reports.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Change Management & Adoption

• Support change management activities and user adoption strategies.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor benefits realization and business value achieved through implemented solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and support UAT activities.

Data & Reporting Initiatives

• Gather and document reporting requirements from business teams.
• Work with Data Engineering, Analytics, and BI teams to define reporting solutions.
• Support data governance, data quality, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Assist in defining dashboards and performance reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting Digital Transformation Programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI/ML, Data Analytics, Data Platforms, or Reporting projects.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and modern data architectures.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
