We are seeking a new talent to join the Technology & Information Architectures team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Risikopositionen. The client is UNIQA INSURANCE GROUP AG, a company operating in the insurance sector providing a wide range of insurance products and services across multiple markets.
Responsibilities: As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for architecting an end-to-end integration solution. You will drive client discussions to define integration requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions. Your activities will include mapping business processes to support applications, defining data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration architecture. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Pega Architecture is required. Advanced proficiency in Low Code Application Development, API Design, and Pega Platform is suggested.
- Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies that align with business objectives and technical standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integration patterns to continuously improve architecture and delivery.
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyze complex integration challenges and develop innovative solutions that enhance system interoperability and performance.
