Job Summary:
Modern Workplace Architecture | Microsoft Intune & MEM | MDM | Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) | MECM (SCCM) & Co-management | Endpoint Security & Zero Trust | Conditional Access | Microsoft Defender & DLP | Windows, macOS, iOS, Android Management | Cloud & Hybrid Transformation
Key Responsibilities:
Desktop Engineering:
- Design and maintainWindows 10/11 images using tools likeSCCM,MDT, orAutopilot.
- Automate deployment and updates of OS and applications usingMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) andIntune.
- Implement and maintainGroup Policies,user profiles, anddesktop configuration baselines.
- Troubleshoot escalated desktop, M365, and endpoint issues.
- Support zero-touch deployment initiatives viaWindows Autopilot andAzure AD Join.
- Provide guidance for patch management, hardware lifecycle, and device health monitoring.
- Lead the adoption ofcloud-first,mobile-first strategies across the digital workplace.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to enforce endpoint protection and governance standards.
- Evaluate and implement tools for digital experience monitoring (e.g., Nexthink, Lakeside).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience indesktop engineering andMicrosoft 365 administration.
- Strong expertise inMicrosoft Intune,SCCM/MECM,Autopilot, andWindows Update for Business (WUfB).
- Hands-on experience withPowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Knowledge ofAzure AD,Conditional Access, andHybrid Identity.
- Familiarity withOffice 365 tenant administration and licensing.
- Solid understanding ofenterprise security standards and device compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications:MD-102,MS-102,SC-300, orAZ-104.
- Experience withco-management of devices using Intune and SCCM.
- Exposure toApple macOS management using Intune or Jamf.
- Knowledge ofvirtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) like AVD or Citrix.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and lead technical projects.
- Team-oriented with mentoring experience and documentation skills.
