About the Opportunity

We are looking for aFood & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team.

This role primarily oversees our breakfast operation while providing leadership support for dinner service, banquets, events, and special functions throughout the year.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to create exceptional guest experiences, develop your team, and help drive the success of our Food & Beverage operations.

Food & Beverage Manager Lead restaurant, lounge, breakfast, banquet, and event operations while developing larger leadership responsibilities.

• Ensure department standards are consistently achieved

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, retail, or customer service environments preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Food Safe Certification and Serving It Right (or willingness to obtain)

• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for hospitality and guest service
