Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy GenAI-enabled solutions
- Integrate AI tools into enterprise development workflows
- Lead GenAI adoption, onboarding, and best practices
- Collaborate with client business and technology teams
- Optimize performance, scalability, and developer productivity
- Build and enhance microservices-based applications
Requirements:
- Java 17 & Spring Boot Microservices
- GenAI tools: Devin, Claude (Anthropic), Cursor/Copilot-equivalent tools
- Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Architectures
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
- Full Stack Development: Java, React/Angular, TypeScript, Python
- APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems
- CI/CD and Developer Tooling
- Cloud Platforms (OCP, GCP)
- 16+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong enterprise application development background
- Experience with AI-driven software delivery and automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
