Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 4+ years of experience + PhD
- Track record of setting technical direction for a team, driving consensus and successful cross-functional partnerships
- Hands-on experience with managing enterprise scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support
- Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques, especially in an enterprise environment
- Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
Preferred qualifications
- Experience as a team lead and/or technical architect with a large scope across one or multiple domains (e.g. Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, or Procurement)
- In-depth knowledge of one or multiple functional domains (e.g. Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, or Procurement)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
