Major Duties:

• Design, develop, and enhance scalableenterprise test automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, unit, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Leadlarge-scale automated test execution across multiple applications and environments, including scheduled, release, deployment, and code-promotion validation.
• Improvetest automation resiliency by identifying and eliminating flaky tests, intermittent failures, synchronization issues, dependency failures, test-data issues, environment instability, and configuration-related failures.
• Troubleshoot andfix, refactor, and optimize existing automation scripts, improving reliability, maintainability, execution speed, error handling, recovery, and reusability.
• Analyze execution failures to distinguishapplication defects from automation, environment, data, access, configuration, and infrastructure issues, and drive sustainable root-cause fixes.
• Build automation capable of reliablerepeatable and unattended enterprise execution, with effective logging, reporting, failure diagnostics, rerun/recovery mechanisms, and execution monitoring.
• Validatecode promotions, releases, deployments, and application/platform changes across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Integrate automated testing and quality gates intoCI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or comparable technologies.
• ApplyGitHub Copilot, Generative AI, and AI-assisted testing for test creation, code improvement, failure analysis, automation maintenance, and engineering productivity.
• Provide technical leadership through automation architecture, coding standards, code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10-13 years of relevant experience inJava test automation andSDLC release management, preferable in financial domain services.
• Strong expertise in DevOps.
• Holds Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
