- Lead and driveAPI Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and End-to-End (E2E) validation across multiple applications and platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable API automation frameworks using Java, Rest Assured, Cucumber, TestNG/JUnit, or equivalent frameworks.
- Perform test planning, estimation, and scheduling for large and complex initiatives.
- Work effectively in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution of SIT and E2E testing.
- Bring a minimum of5+ years of hands-on QA automation experience with strong expertise inweb automationusingPlaywright or Selenium withJava/Cucumber or equivalent automation frameworks.
- Demonstrate strong functional testing experience across bothweb and native mobile (iOS/Android) applications, including test planning, execution, defect management, and end-to-end validation.
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute scalable automated test suites for web applications.
- Conduct API and service-level testing using tools such asPostman,Rest Assured, or equivalent open-source frameworks.
- Perform backend and database validations with hands-on experience inMongoDB Compass andSQL.
- Support production deployments, smoke testing, and release validation activities to ensure application stability.
- Drive UAT activities, including bug triage, defect reporting, prioritization, and tracking usingJIRA orAzure DevOps (ADO).
- Demonstrate strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities, including network-level analysis and log investigation.
- Utilize monitoring and observability platforms such asKubernetes (K8s),Kibana, andDynatrace for production validation and issue analysis.
- Partner closely with Development, Business Analysts (BA), Product Owners, UI/UX teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively across onshore and offshore teams.
- Exhibit excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Maintain flexibility to overlap with onsite working hours (until noon, as needed).
