Role- Lead Salesforce Developer
Experience: 9+ years overall IT experience with5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience withSales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Strong proficiency inApex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Salesforce configuration and administration
Experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions
Strong experience inSalesforce integrations
Experience inpartner/vendor delivery management and technical leadership
Agile experience withScrum/Kanban
Salesforce release management;CI/CD experience is desirable
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with platform maintenance, monitoring, andDataLoader
Ability to advocate for and implementstandard Salesforce solutions before opting for custom development
Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Providetechnical leadership and oversight to the Salesforce development team.
Guide developers on Salesforce configuration and development best practices.
Take ownership of solution design, development, testing, deployment, and technical quality.
Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders and support project delivery.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues and drive resolution.
Support platform maintenance, troubleshooting, security notifications, and complex/L3 issues.
Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Relevant Salesforce certifications such asPlatform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant are preferred.
